A REAL LIFE MURDER MYSTERY

Dawna Natzke's boyfriend goes from "person of interest" to "suspect" in a year and a half after her murder. The Village Voice reports it took this long due to "the FBI analyzing phone records, which turned out to be a lengthy process". I guess we all look dumb. The real reason more likely has to do with everyone trying to figure out how to cover up a botched investigation by the Village police department, who should have done nothing concerning the investigation, since they all would have all been prime suspects due to Dawna working with them.
