A REAL LIFE MURDER MYSTERY

Dawna Natzke's boyfriend goes from "person of interest" to "suspect" in a year and a half after her murder. The Village Voice reports it took this long due to "the FBI analyzing phone records, which turned out to be a lengthy process". I guess we all look dumb. The real reason more likely has to do with everyone trying to figure out how to cover up a botched investigation by the Village police department, who should have done nothing concerning the investigation, since they all would have all been prime suspects due to Dawna working with them. This is an unusual place to live. It's always something.
