MISUSE OF CLOSED MEETINGS

The Village POA uses closed meetings for reasons other than they are designed for. They are able to do this because basically, in terms of forms of government, we are nothing. They don't follow municipal rules because we are not a municipality. We are a private community hidden behind closed gates. Therefore, they can do anything they desire in regard to governing us. This is wrong and needs to be changed. It is not to the advantage of the residents. We need to adopt municipal rules that govern the use of closed meetings.
