Two guys meet up on a golf course in Hot Springs Village. One says to
the other, "Obamacare is awful. Why do we have to keep paying for things
that the poor are unwilling to get for themselves?" The other guy nods
and says, "Yea. And why is it that a black man can tell white people
what to do regarding anything? Isn't this America?"
