FILLLING IN NON-PLAYING TIMES ON THE GOLF COURSES AT THE VILLAGE

Allow residents living on each course to play, say after 6pm, (during daylight savings time), starting from their place on the course, as many holes as they want. Charge x amount for a pass, single, or husband and wife. More play, more money, and residents would not abuse the course. A win-win situation. And among other things, an incentive to live on the course.
