SHOULD VILLAGE HAVE A RECALL BY-LAW?

There is presently no provision for a recall vote in the Village. It is not written anywhere, but neither is most of what the Directors are currently doing. (Secret meetings, secret votes, signing contracts without our knowledge). Since we are not a governmental body, but a private club, I'm thinking we can do whatever we want. And I'm thinking it should involve removing the Board of Directors. They are detrimental to our future. Although frankly, I do think we should become a municipality. At least the leaders would have some rules they would have to follow. (We should probably keep this secret).
