THE CREDIT INDUSTRY HAS EXPLOITED PEOPLE FOR YEARS. THEY USE CHEAP LABOR TO PROVIDE COMPANIES WITH BOGUS CREDIT REPORTS.  THERE IS NEVER ANY EXPLANATIONS, LIKE A HURRICANE DESTROYED THEIR HOME AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE A PAYMENT, OR THE HUSBAND DIED AND SHE HAS BEEN BUSY. THE WHOLE THING IS A JOKE. A CAPITALIST JOKE.
